Manager of Bliss

After breathing, sweating, and smiling through my very first yoga class at Inner Bliss back in 2005, I was hooked! I left that room with tears in my eyes knowing that I'd found my passion and my life began to change.
 

After each class I became happier, more calm, and more aware of everything around me, I truly believe that yoga makes me a better person. I not only found passion and fulfillment through yoga, but working with friends that have become more like family is the icing on the cake! I am grateful everyday for the path that I found through trying one yoga class!

I am grateful for the girls that assist me in greeting the yoga students as they walk through the door, creating a warm and welcome atmosphere. My position as the vice president of Inner Bliss includes many things, the most important being the client relationships, so please do not hesitate to contact me, I am always happy to help.

Why yoga?... It works my body while keeping my mind soft and my heart wide open.  

What makes you come alive? My kids laughing, sunny day driving with the windows down and music loud, a sweaty yoga class and great friends.

Life before yoga: clenched & stressed. 

Life After yoga... lighter, free & more accepting.

Secret pleasure... wine and dark chocolate.

What is in your backpack? Lipstick, Cell phone, and IBY treat cards! 

What impact do you want to leave on the world? That one person really can make a difference.

If you had 4 legs & you were furry, what would you be? A lion.

You are stuck on an island and can bring 3 things. What would they be? Toothbrush, chapstick and bug spray!
