Yoga Together for Kids and Their Parents

Abbey and her daughters (Mary and Caroline) will take you through this unique class designed for parents and their children ages 5-10.

We'll spend our time together working on both our inner muscles (mental and emotional skills) and our outer muscles. For the first part of class we will work on an inner skill - something that helps us interact with ourselves and the world around us with more ease. And then we will MOVE through a yoga practice.

Designed to be meaningful for both parent and child (hey adults! We need to strengthen our inner muscles too!), this is a unique opportunity to spend time with your kids and deepen your connection with them.
