I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and have been happy to call it home for most of my life! I originally started practicing yoga as a compliment to running, but once I discovered the mind body connection, I was hooked.
In March of 2010, I completed my 200 hr yoga teacher training with Mitchel Bleier Yoga and Inner Bliss Yoga Studio. When I am not practicing/teaching yoga, I also work as an Interior Designer and am the Assistant Coach for the Rocky River High School Girls Lacrosse team.
I spend most of my free time with my husband, Rob, and our dog, Dozer, as well as the rest of my amazing family and friends.

What makes me come alive… music, especially live music!
If I weren't a yoga teacher, my other dream job would be… are you kidding?! A yoga teacher! Being in this community is a dream job!
In one word, yoga is...transformative; it has changed my life and reconnected me in the best ways possible.
The best thing about yoga is... its ability to energize, awaken, connect, challenge, empower, nurture, soften, release your heaviest baggage, and burst your heart open with love, all at the same time.
The best time of the day is... first thing in the morning when the possibilities are endless!
I am so blessed… to have all of the people that I do in my life - my amazing family and friends, especially my husband, Rob, our son, Ryder, and baby on the way, and this beautiful yoga community we are all a part of.
